They taste great and come in two flavors: Luscious Lemon and Creamy Caramel. They are a great snack right before a match or when you need some thing to keep you going when you have to go to a third set. There are no Trans Fatty acids in our Great Bars, so they need to be kept in a cool place. If it is summer time just put one in your cooler that you take to the match.
